Job Description:
Midwestern IT Inc. is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies supporting cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
2) Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals.
3) Track and communicate team progress through metrics and reports.
4) Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed backlogs.
5) Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
6)Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
1) Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
2)3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
3) Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel Power BI SQL JIRA Confluence or similar.
4) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
5)Excellent communication facilitation and leadership skills.
