Job Summary

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs analyzing processes and developing data-driven solutions to improve organizational efficiency and decision-making. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements translate them into functional specifications and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements
Assist in creating BRDs FRDs process flows and use cases
Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and root cause analysis as needed
Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and daily stand-ups (Agile environment)
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables
Support project management activities including status reporting and risk tracking

**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field
1 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (internships may be considered for junior roles)
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Strong analytical communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Excel Visio or Lucidchart.
