A leading life sciences technology team is seeking an IQVIA Analyst / Engineer to support and maintain QMS software operations. The role involves managing access control system maintenance upgrades and collaboration with IT and quality teams to ensure smooth and compliant system performance.

Must Have:
Hands-on experience managing QMS or similar regulated systems
Expertise in user management access control and configuration updates
Experience handling change requests deviations and CAPA processes
Strong coordination between business IT and vendor teams
Excellent documentation and issue-resolution skills
