Your Responsibilities:
- Administer maintain and optimize IT infrastructure servers and network environments
- Support continuous improvement of ERP-related processes
- Manage and maintain subsystems and interfaces within the Comarch ERP environment
- Create and update technical and system documentation
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal users
- Contribute to a variety of ongoing IT projects
- Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers
Your Profile:
- Completed IT-related vocational training or degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Several years of hands-on experience in IT systems and ERP administration (experience with Comarch ERP is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of network administration server management and IT security
- Skilled in user support and application troubleshooting
- Analytical thinker with a structured solution-oriented and proactive mindset
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent command of German and English
