Role: BSA Atlassian (Data Center and Cloud)

# of Position : 1

Pay Rate : CAD 75 (Inclusive of all)

Location : Toronto Canada

Work Model : Hybrid ( 4 days to office)

Role Requirements and Skills

• Atlassian Product Expertise:
  • Understanding workflows & business processes for Data Center and Cloud
  • Previous experience as Atlassian Data Center / Cloud Business System Analyst and Administrator
  • Experience with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud customizations automations and integrations
  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud data migrations
  • Experience in creating requirements documents and support guides for Atlassian Cloud integration and transition
  • Atlassian Data Center / Cloud related certifications - preferred
• Basic understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile)
• Proficiency in Groovy Python - preferred
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Knowledge of database analysis SQL skills reporting including PowerBI or Tableau
• Hands on role within the platform plus help with analysis and documentation etc.

BSA Skills

• Requirements Management ability to elicit document and manage requirements from stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.
• Process Mapping and Analysis Understanding and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• System Analysis Ability to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or new solutions.
• Critical Thinking Ability to analyze information identify issues and make sound judgments.
• Stakeholder Management Ability to engage with stakeholders understand their needs and ensure alignment on project goals.
