Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Payments domain
particularly with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Finastras Global PAYplus (GPP).
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SWIFT cross-border payments domestic clearing schemes (US and Canada) and ISO20022 messaging standards.
This role requires a blend of technical acumen business analysis and stakeholder engagement to drive modernization initiatives in payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the implementation and enhancement of Finastra GPP solutions.
Provide techno-functional expertise in Global PAYplus for both cross-border and domestic payment processing.
Work with SWIFT and domestic clearing schemes (ACH Fedwire CHIPS CPA etc.) in the US and Canada.
Apply knowledge of ISO20022 standards and evolving payment infrastructures.
Facilitate workshops agile ceremonies and other collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into epics and user stories and support backlog prioritization in an Agile Scrum environment.
Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable and modernized Payment Platform solutions.
Drive stakeholder management across business and frontline areas.
Use domain knowledge to identify and recommend value-adding solutions.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Required Skills & Experience:

10-12 years of experience in the Payments industry.
6-8 years of hands-on experience with Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP).
Strong techno-functional background in payment systems.
In-depth knowledge of SWIFT and domestic clearing schemes in US and Canada.
Experience with ISO20022 messaging standards and related infrastructure.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead agile ceremonies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Agile development mindset with experience in Scrum-based delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Payment Platform Modernization initiatives.
Familiarity with cloud-based payment solutions is a plus.
Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master/Product Owner) or Payments (e.g. AAP CPP) are advantageous. Payment Hub Solution
