Job Summary

This has been a very difficult role for us.

Note one (1): we do not disclose client until we are invited to an interview.

Note three (3): we do not work with H1b visas as we do not provide client amendment letters.

Note four (4): must have linkedin profiles WITH picture client is declining any and all who do not have this (LI profile must match CV)

Data Scientist w Generative AI (with AI ML and LLM not ML Ops)

Location is Seattle WA M-F onsite (as well as final in-person interview no exceptions)

Target rate: $85 with flex.

Start is immediate

Duration is twelve months will extend

This is a backfill role. Personality personality personality must be amazing.

Please dont submit dry people or indifferent people. We need excited enthusiastic go getters! (youll be wasting everyones time more to the point: dont waste my time)

Will be:

One tech round (including 45-60 minute GenAI coding challenge) - teams
One round with the account manager team 5-10 mins culture fit
One round with client teams culture fit
Final meet and greet (not technically an interview) w the buyer onsite no exceptions

1. Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock SageMaker and other AWS AI/ML services.
2. Evaluate and integrate foundation models (Claude Titan Mistral LLaMA etc.) available in Bedrock for enterprise use cases (chatbots summarization RAG etc.).
3. Fine-tune and prompt engineer large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific needs.
4. Work on GenAI pipelines: data preprocessing prompt tuning retrieval augmentation (RAG) and model evaluation.
5. Optimize cost and performance of GenAI workloads in the AWS ecosystem.
6. Collaborate with product and data teams to design AI-driven applications.

Provide several times in Arizona time that I can do a real quick casual informal relaxed (10-15 mins) MS Teams video meeting. And I do mean SEVERAL TIMES not one or two many.
Send two report to manager references (with full name phone and professional emails). Please include what project and what they did together/reporting structure. We will not do these unless asked. But we need them for our records. Cannot submit without these.
