Salary: INR 700000 - 900000 / year
Responsibilities
- Onboard vendors and maintain vendor information as part of online merchandising.
- Provide white glove service to key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Work with suppliers and merchants to set up new items on the platform.
- Maintain the integrity of the item life cycle ensuring products are always up-to-date.
- Monitor the health and integrity of items to ensure data consistency.
- Help establish and maintain business rules and standards for items.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to onboard and maintain products.
- Manage communication between suppliers and merchants regarding product information and item lifecycle maintenance.
- Execute item lifecycle processes identifying and addressing process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to vendor onboarding item onboarding and maintenance.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to vendor and item onboarding maintenance and cleanup activities.
Eligibility
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce operations merchandising or vendor management.
