Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedData Analystto join our dynamic analytics team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills hands-on expertise inHubSpot R scripting Python and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) along with experience inData Factory or similar data integration tools. The role involves designing maintaining and optimizing data pipelines performing detailed analysis and generating actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract transform and analyze data from multiple sources including HubSpot databases and cloud environments.

Develop and maintain automated data pipelines usingAzure Data Factoryor equivalent tools.

Write efficientR scriptsandPython programsfor data processing analytics and visualization.

Work withAWS/Azureservices for data storage processing and reporting.

Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to business stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Support the continuous improvement of analytics workflows and data governance practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Statistics Data Science or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.

Proficiency inHubSpot analytics and reporting tools.

Strong experience withR scriptingandPythonfor data analysis.

Working knowledge ofAWS or Azurecloud environments.

Experience withAzure Data Factoryor other ETL/data integration tools.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have:

Familiarity with Power BI Tableau or other BI visualization tools.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
