Job Summary

Provide after-sales service including hardware/software installation commissioning and on-site training for customers.
Handle routine and emergency maintenance in a timely manner.
Advise customers on the proper operation of machines.
Provide on-site training to customers or internal customers as a product-specific technical expert.
Maintain quality work consistent with committed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Establish and maintain good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Learn about products and services and stay updated with the latest changes.
Report to Service Manager on all technical activities.
Perform other technical related activities.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in the photocopier/printer/printing industry or related field.
Graduated from College/University majoring in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Automation Engineering.
Experience in providing hardware and software services maintenance and consulting.
Experience in industrial laser printing is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and in a team willing to travel when needed.

Ability to communicate in English at a basic level (equivalent to B).
