Job Summary

This is a remote position.

As a Customer Service Representative in the real estate industry you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients prospects and internal stakeholders ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the property buying selling or leasing journey. This role is critical in building trust fostering long-term client relationships and supporting the sales team by providing timely accurate and empathetic service. You will manage inquiries coordinate appointments maintain client records and assist with documentation all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality responsiveness and professionalism. Your ability to communicate clearly solve problems efficiently and adapt to fast-paced environments will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the overall success of the brokerage.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone email and live chat.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings consultations and closing appointments.
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems with accurate up-to-date information.
  • Assist clients with pre-qualification processes document collection and follow-up tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients real estate agents attorneys lenders and other service providers.
  • Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials property listings and transaction-related documents.
  • Monitor and escalate urgent client concerns to the appropriate team members on time.
  • Support post-sale services including move-in coordination and client feedback collection.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes through feedback and performance insights.





Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Follow Up Boss or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client-focused demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Commitment to confidentiality integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
