Position Overview
As a Sales Appointment Dispatcher youll be the key link between our inside sales team (who set appointments) and our outside sales representatives (who visit customers). Your job is to ensure the schedule runs smoothly routes are filled efficiently and communication stays tight across the team.
Youll work directly under our Marketing Department helping to organize confirm and finalize each days appointments. At the end of each day youll send a master calendar update to leadership to ensure everything is ready for the next days routes.
Requirements
What Youll Do
Coordinate and dispatch appointments set by the inside sales team to the correct outside sales reps.
Review daily schedules verify address accuracy and fill any gaps in the calendar.
Communicate directly with reps and managers to confirm route coverage.
Maintain real-time updates within scheduling software and CRM.
Send out an updated master calendar each night summarizing all next-day appointments.
Support marketing and sales operations as needed to ensure peak efficiency.
What Were Looking For
Prior dispatching scheduling or call center experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.
Proficient with computers CRM tools and scheduling systems.
Professional dependable and team-oriented.

Required Skills:
What we are looking for: At least 2 years of outside sales experience. Friendly positive attitude with a desire to make $$$! Reliable transportation. Comfortable driving long distances to meet with clients.
