We deliver cleaner healthier water to thousands of families and were looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to help support our expanding operations.

This position is based onsite at our Las Vegas corporate office serving as the primary HR contact for both the HQ team and field offices across several states. If youre detail-oriented confident in your HR skill set and enjoy keeping teams compliant and organized this role is for you.


What Youll Do

  • Serve as the main HR contact for Las Vegas HQ and multi-state field offices.

  • Manage onboarding I-9 and E-Verify and maintain employee records in ADP TotalSource.

  • Oversee timekeeping reviews payroll input coordination and benefit changes.

  • Maintain required labor postings support compliance audits and update trackers regularly.

  • Handle employee relations intake and documentation ensuring proper follow-up and case tracking.

  • Administer leaves of absence and ADA accommodation workflows.

  • Support workers compensation claim intake and coordinate with managers on next steps.



Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist OR a background in retail management with HR duties.

  • Nevada HR experience and working knowledge of California employment compliance.

  • Proficiency with ADP TotalSource or a comparable HRIS/PEO platform.

  • Strong documentation confidentiality and follow-through skills.

  • Excellent communication and the ability to train managers on HR basics.

  • Nice to have: PHR or SHRM-CP certification and experience supporting multi-site teams in the service industry.

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. Maintain and update employee data records with accuracy and confidentiality. Provide support for payroll processing ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations. Perform data entry tasks as required focusing first on core administrative functions. Support other administrative tasks related to payroll and HR. Preferred Qualifications: Accounting background is highly beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is a plus.
