Job Description: Real Estate Attorney (4-6 years of experience)

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a range of real estate transactions including the purchase sale and financing of real estate assets.
- Manage real estate due diligence processes and guide clients through leasing transactions.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers on real estate matters offering insight and strategic counsel.
- If applicable provide counsel on agribusiness or energy-related real estate projects.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and top-tier legal service.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate law including transactions due diligence and leasing.
- Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm setting is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to agribusiness or energy projects is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in legal practice.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
