Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a skilled Production Tech for a specialized manufacturing facility in Seneca MO. The Production Tech will perform precision assembly testing and inspection of components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented safety-conscious and eager to develop their technical skills in a high-tech team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly potting soldering and spot welding on precision components.
Assemble products per blueprints drawings and engineering specifications.
Operate and program specialized equipment such as laser beam welders helium leak testers and digital X-ray systems.
Process and prepare electrodes including cleaning sorting and cell assembly.
Use production equipment like wrappers winders servo presses and hydraulic presses.
Conduct self-inspections to verify accuracy and quality.
Record and organize process and product data.
Adhere to all safety and quality procedures while meeting production deadlines.
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to obtain ATF clearance for work in an Energetic Devices Facility.
Task-specific certifications preferred (electronics soldering spot welding crimping laser beam welding ESD brazing etc.).
Prior experience with manual or automated assembly equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail teamwork and adaptability.
Must have a proven record of excellent attendance and reliability.
Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen (no felony history).
