Responsibilities:

Load and unload various machines including hoists cranes and forklifts.
Operate machinery safety and efficiently following established procedures
Inspect springs using rulers micrometers and squares to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and report any non-conformities
Handle and transport materials within the manufacturing facility.
Work effectively as part of a team by assisting other qualified operators as needed to meet production goals.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn from peers and other production employees

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent math skills including the ability to understand fractions decimals and reading other measurement tools.
Ability to stand and lift products for an 8 hour shift
Ability to work first shift 7:30am 4:30pm
