Job Summary

Job Title: Head of Software Operations - AI Fintech

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with an AI Fintech firm who is seeking a high caliber operations leader to oversee large-scale software operations and vendor delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations across technology product and delivery teams.
Manage and optimize vendor relationships to ensure high-quality scalable delivery.
Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency growth and innovation.
Define processes KPIs and operational best practices for large-scale software operations.
Mentor senior leadership and ensure organizational effectiveness.
Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives including large-scale technology deployments and partnerships.

Requirements

10 years in senior operational leadership roles in software development or fintech companies.
Experience managing large software development teams (2000 developers) and complex vendor ecosystems.
Strong track record in operational excellence process improvement and scaling high-performance teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking execution and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
