Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced RPA Developer to design build and optimize automation solutions for real-time business processes within the healthcare and technology domains. The role focuses on developing scalable automations using Python and RPA tools ensuring seamless system integration and reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and deploy RPA solutions with a strong emphasis on Python-based automation scripts.
Work with our proprietary Automation Platform and tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
Analyze business requirements to identify automation opportunities and define solution logic and architecture.
Build reusable Python modules scripts and automation components.
Develop integrations with APIs databases and SaaS systems where required.
Create and maintain process documentation including workflow diagrams and technical specifications.
Conduct testing debugging and performance tuning to ensure bot efficiency and reliability.
Mentor interns or junior team members as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
3 years of hands-on RPA development experience.
Strong programming expertise in Python (automation scripting libraries APIs data workflows).
Experience with RPA tools like UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
Experience in process mapping workflow design and automation lifecycle management.
Understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating ML models into automations.
Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless workflows.
Exposure to healthcare automation EMR/EHR or RCM workflows.
Understanding of compliance and data security best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on timelines in a dynamic environment.

Required Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science IT or related field.
