The Projects Manager will also guide project teams support proposal development and ensure compliance with policies and reporting standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Development Studies Project Management or a related field.
58 years of proven experience in project or program management preferably within NGOs or humanitarian/development programs.
Strong command of project management methodologies; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Excellent skills in planning budgeting monitoring and performance reporting.
Experience working with donors partners and governmental entities.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and project management tools.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
