Were seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing organization and scale growth
for a rapidly expanding SaaS platform. This strategic role requires an experienced B2B
marketing leader who can drive brand awareness lead generation and content excellence
through an integrated marketing engine.
Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing youll own the companys marketing strategy execution and
performance across all channels. Youll manage a high-performing team - including content and
copywriters - and align marketing with sales product and customer success to deliver
measurable growth.
This role is ideal for a SaaS marketing leader who can balance creativity and analytics inspire
cross-functional collaboration and lead a data-driven marketing organization. Phonexa is part of
a group of global organizations; and the role may require involvement in some of wider
strategies and projects.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a cohesive global marketing strategy aligned with Phonexas
growth goals.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team including content performance
and design functions.
Oversee brand positioning messaging and storytelling across all channels.
Content & Communications
Manage and scale a content team of writers and editors to deliver high-impact content
that drives authority and conversion.
Oversee the creation of thought leadership assets whitepapers and case studies to
strengthen brand credibility in SaaS and financial marketing.
Ensure tone quality and messaging consistency across all communications.
Demand Generation & Growth
Own the end-to-end demand generation funnel: awareness acquisition and conversion.
Partner with sales to ensure lead quality handoff and pipeline contribution.
Optimize paid organic and outbound channelsLinkedIn content syndication email
and eventsto increase MQLs and SQLs.
Data & Performance
Establish and monitor KPIs for brand content and acquisition.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
Manage marketing analytics and attribution to demonstrate ROI and influence business
strategy.
Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with new feature launches
and customer insights.
Support executive thought leadership PR and industry event participation.
Champion marketing automation CRM hygiene and scalable campaign processes.
Requirements 5 years in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in SaaS marketing leadership roles. Proven experience leading and growing content and copywriting teams. Strong background in demand generation performance marketing and marketing operations. Demonstrated success scaling marketing in high-growth SaaS environments. Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing attribution and CRM integration (HubSpot Salesforce etc.). Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or Communications (MBA a plus).
