As a Vendor Management Lead Vice President within the Consumer & Community Banking Vendor Management team you will oversee end-to-end vendor operations facilitate regular performance reviews to uphold service quality and responsiveness and present key updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal organizational and strategic thinking skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and senior management.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage large number of contingent labor and professional service engagements ranging from simple one time and material to managed agreements / fixed deliverables to complex multi-year vendor agreements
- Provide leadership direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with key stakeholders including Technology Finance and Sourcing
- Build and manage relationships with internalkey contacts ensuringVendor Enablement and Experience requirements andobjectivesare adhered towithdata collection andrequirements gathering validating budget fundingcontract negotiations and execution of vendorprocesses
- Assist in the strategy for evaluating and monitoring vendors in theTech space
- Serve as subject-matter for all phases of the supplier engagement lifecycle
- Partner and influence clients to ensure legal risk compliance and/or controls requirements are satisfied
- Produce executive level communications about programs inclusive of status risks issues and delivery roadmap
- Assist product teams to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholders
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 years of demonstrated experience in software/hardware professional services sourcing vendor partner or relationship management technology or product management
- Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g. Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong at multi-tasking and time management discipline
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience with client management and project management
- Strong understanding of banking and departmental procedures functions and activities
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with third party risk oversight/sourcing/vendor management/Technology Project Management
