Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Williamsburg VA
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: From $51/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologistfor an exciting Travel or Local job inWilliamsburg VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide direct therapy and monitor patient progress adjusting interventions as needed.
Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
Current Virginia state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
