The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated professional to coordinate and support quality-related activities across our organization. This role involves managing customer complaints driving continuous improvement projects supporting audits and certifications and maintaining our Quality Management System. How Youll Make Impact
Coordinate the collection assigning and follow up of internal and external customer complaint cases
Coordinate the resolution of complaint cases across the value chain (customer technical support after sales failure analytics)
Support the organization to manage quality issues and to lead quality improvement activities when required
Coordinate report and analyze opportunities from the cost of poor quality (COPQ) reporting and other metrics as inputs to our process owners and improvement projects
Lead quality improvements or process development projects as part of our continuous improvement program
Assist plan and execute internal audits
Provide support for external certifications customer and supplier audits
Maintenance and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS)
Your Background
Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications Computer Science or a related technical field.
Solid technical understanding of RTU (Remote Terminal Units) products. Protection relays and knowledge of Wireless communication products is a strong plus.
Proven experience in customer support services ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
Prior experience working in international and matrix organizations.
Minimum 35 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.
