Job Summary
TRAINING COORDINATION INTERNSHIP
Location : Geneva 1 year

RESPONSABILITIES
As our Training Coordination Intern you are responsible for training logistics coordination.
You will assist Training Managers in organizing and delivering impactful training events across Europe and Africa ensuring flawless execution both online and offline. You will also manage administrative tasks budgets and e-learning content to support our retail teams and enhance engagement.
Youll be at the heart of luxury beauty training combining creativity and operational excellence.
Your main focus :
Coordinate training events
- Organize venues and manage logistics for in-person and online trainings
- Handle invitations reminders and participant tracking
- Liaise with hotels agencies and suppliers for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with budgets and expense reports
Support training content creation
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and training materials
- Create additional tools based on Training Managers briefs
- Maintain and update SharePoint trackers and calendars
Manage e-learning platform
- Publish posts and training modules
- Monitor engagement KPIs and propose creative ideas for contests
- Update user database and track monthly performance
Assist with sales meetings
- Coordinate agendas and presenters
- Manage logistics
Ensure stock and materials availability
- Track training materials testers and accessories
- Coordinate shipments and storage with agencies

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to coordinate projects and create engaging training experiences. As an aspiring Training Coordinator you are organized proactive and thrive in a fast-paced international environment. Other than that you:
- Have a Business Management Degree and speak fluent French and English (written and spoken)
- Are proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)
- Have strong organizational and project management skills
- Are comfortable with digital tools and e-learning platforms
- Ideally have a first internship or experience in event or training coordination
