Village Capital & Investment LLC is a growing mortgage company headquartered in Henderson NV. Were looking for licensed experienced Loan Officers who are driven goal-oriented and passionate about helping borrowers refinance with confidence.

We specialize in VA and FHA cash-out refinance loans and provide exclusive warm leads from our servicing portfolio of 70000 loans. Our dedicated outbound dialing team and marketing engine bring the clients to you-so you can focus on what you do best: closing loans.

What Youll Do:

Handle inbound transfers and outbound calls to guide borrowers through the refinance process
Build quick rapport and transition leads to full loan applications
Clearly explain VA FHA and conventional refinance benefits
Manage 30-120 daily calls/emails/texts using pre-scripted communication
Collaborate with operations to ensure fast accurate closings
Maintain compliance and professional conduct throughout the process

What Were Looking For:

Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain)
1 year of inside sales or call center experience preferred
Experience with VA FHA USDA and Conventional loans
Comfortable working with CRMs Google Suite and loan origination systems (Encompass preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a criminal and credit background check
