Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative innovative and supportive teammates.
Well look to you for:
- Supporting daily scrum reviews for various projects in Hennigsdorf.
- Providing support in creating and improving ADS reports and real-time KPIs.
- Enhancing dashboards for projects while maintaining a standard format.
- Fostering awareness of Lean in Development principles across functions.
- Creating ADS items based on OdY.C exports.
- Providing first-level support to end users and resolving application-related incidents.
- Training and coaching end users on application modules and processes.
- Participating actively in the Key User Community.
- Conducting acceptance and regression testing for tickets change requests and support packages.
- Contributing to the development of new solutions and participating in solution evaluation and acceptance.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience (minimum of 5 years).
- Experience working in a diverse and international environment.
- Experience from customer projects (desirable).
- Experience leading distant teams (desirable).
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively in international settings.
- Knowledge of engineering design and project methodologies (e.g. DFQ Project Manual Engineering Manual).
- Understanding of tool architecture and infrastructure to interface with IS&T.
- Knowledge of general railway businesses (TIS S&I RSC TLS) and industrial processes (Delmia GSI MES).
- Leadership and communication skills to act as a change leader.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities.
