Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater / Painter to prepare and powder coat a variety of surfaces including steel aluminum and other metals. This position requires attention to detail knowledge of coating techniques and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

Prepare and powder paint a variety of surfaces including steel aluminum shop-coated metal uncoated metal finished hardware and accessories as specified.
Apply protective powder coatings to equipment parts and miscellaneous metalwork.
Ensure proper surface preparation and coating quality according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to odor noise dust heat cold airborne particles moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level can be loud and the temperature is not regulated.

Required Education and Experience:

Knowledge of painting and coating methods and techniques.
Understanding of safe use storage and disposal of paints cleaning products and chemicals.
Familiarity with safe cleanup techniques and practices.
Powder-coating experience is a plus.
