Located just an hour from Philadelphia and surrounded by scenic farmland New Holland offers a peaceful setting with access to vibrant cultural and recreational amenities.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $220000 $230000 (depending on experience)
$20000 Sign on Bonus
Health Insurance 90% employer covered
Dental and Vision Insurance
Paid Time Off: 33 days 8 paid holidays
CME: $2500 40 hours of approved CME time
Retirement: 403(b) with 100% match for first 3% next 2% at 50%
Student Loan Repayment Up to $75000
Malpractice Insurance: Covered by the FTCA
Long-Term and Short-Term Disability 100% employer paid
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
EMR: Athena

Responsibilities:

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours per week
Patient Population: All ages
Full Support Team: 3 APPs and medical staff
Call: None required

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain
Experience in community health preferred but not required
