Job Summary
Join a market-leading finance practice working on high-value deals for lenders borrowers and investors. Gain experience across a full spectrum of transactions with strong mentorship and partnership potential.
What Youll Do:
Lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing.
Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.
Advise on UCC Articles and/or real estate secured lending matters.
Work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions.
What Youll Bring:
J.D. from a respected law school; active California Bar membership.
5 years experience in commercial finance real estate finance or both.
Strong document drafting and transaction management skills.
Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred.
