Could you be the full-time onsite Material Expeditor in Naperville IL US were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside proactive detail-oriented and collaborative teammates. Youll ensure the seamless flow of materials necessary to keep our projects on track and meet our high standards of excellence. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement Quality Assurance Production) manage suppliers portfolio for ensuring goods delivery at the right time quantity and place based on Alstom needs and much more.
Well look to you for:
Coordinating with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules
Negotiating with suppliers for better terms when necessary
Tracking shipments and updating internal teams on the status
Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company policies

Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field
Experience or understanding of supplier relationship management and procurement processes
