Job Summary
Position Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Franconia NH
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM flexible days
Pay Rate: From $58/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPhysical Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Franconia NH.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient physical function mobility and rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions exercises and modalities.
Educate patients and families on exercises mobility techniques and safety.
Document patient progress accurately and timely.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize outcomes.
Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Hampshire.
PT or PTA acceptable; PT preferred.
Experience in rehabilitation or outpatient therapy preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented compassionate and committed to patient-centered care.
