Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated innovative and collaborative teammates. Youll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our Diesel locomotives by providing top-tier field support. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including maintenance operations and quality assurance) tackling technical challenges and ensuring adherence to quality cost and delivery commitments and much more.
Well look to you for:
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance procedures and outcomes
- Providing technical support and guidance on maintenance operations for Diesel locomotives
- Ensuring compliance with all safety quality and regulatory standards during field support activities
- Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to plan and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Diagnosing complex technical issues and proposing effective solutions
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports on field activities and project progress
- Training and mentoring junior staff in maintenance best practices and company standards
- Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring the availability of necessary resources for maintenance tasks

- Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering
