Job Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer drives improvements across safety quality productivity and cost by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role supports strategic initiatives including capital investments product development and operational efficiency through data-driven problem solving and lean deployment.
Highlights of your role
- Identifyand implement continuous improvement activities within production and business processes.
- Develop manufacturing processes standardworkand create andmaintainprocess documentation.
- Actively deploy lean concepts throughout the organization.
- Support Process Lead in PPT/IPT projects.
- Conduct data analysis for effective problem solving.
- Assistin analyzingidentifying and resolving production line problems and lead problem solving groups.
- Develop andmaintainproduction line layouts and jigs/fixtures.
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelors degree in Engineeringis
- 2D and 3D modeling knowledge
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) is ideal
