OBGYN Hospitalist opportunity in Miami FL
Exciting opportunity for board-certified OBGYN physicians to help build and shape a new program from the ground up. This role is ideal for experienced clinicians or those ready to transition from private practice into a more flexible team-based model.
Position Highlights:
- Competitive compensation plus earn a $30k sign-on bonus (limited time offer) when you commit to 6 to 8 shifts per month and start on or before March 1 2026
- Enjoy true work-life balance and schedule flexibility; work 6 to 8 24-hour in-house shifts per month
- Free to work when and where you want on your time off no restrictions
- Responsibilities include labor and delivery management coverage for unassigned OB patients and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN
- Access to CME drills and simulation training for continued growth
- 24/7 in-house anesthesia and Level 3 NICU support
- Upgraded L&D and postpartum units
- New 25-bed NICU with private spaces and ocean views
- No billing or coding responsibilities
- Clinical leadership support and a collaborative team environment
