Job Summary
Post-Acute Care Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Adrian MI
Excellent opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner (NP) with an interest in internal and adult this role you will be responsible for driving high quality safe and cost-effective care of patients in our local post-acute care communities.
