The Software Training Specialist will play a vital role in the implementation training and ongoing support of operational and financial software systems across Pye-Barker locations. This position will support branches throughout system conversions including newly acquired locations or our legacy branches transitioning to a new ERP platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions across branch locations serving as a dependable and knowledgeable point of contact for user education and ongoing support.

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to end users troubleshooting system issues resolving inquiries and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

  • Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality and performance ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Travel regularly to branch locations to conduct in-person training sessions as well as perform remote training as it relates to before during and after the conversion process.

  • Receive training as needed to stay current with system and process updates.

  • Monitor the incoming support ticket queue responding to and resolving user inquiries in a timely and effective manner to ensure high-quality support.

  • Support users across multiple software systems including but not limited to Sedona Office ServiceTrade and WeSuite helping ensure a smooth transition and strong user adoption company wide.

  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Education & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2 years experience in a training specialist position.

  • Sedona Office ServiceTrade and WeSuite experience is required.

  • Experience leading training initiatives and supporting organizational change.

  • Competence with business technology systems and end-user support.

  • Strong problem-solving organizational and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build trust inspire confidence and work effectively under pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Other Duties:

  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct Confidentiality Agreement and Company Safety Policy.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Ability to travel regularly including driving or flying to branch locations.

  • Capability to stand walk and move around during in-person training sessions.

  • Ability to lift and carry training materials or equipment as needed.

  • Must be able to adapt to varying work environments and schedules while traveling.
