We are seeking a Client Account Representative who thrives in a dynamic client-focused this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism efficiency and care. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships managing accounts and delivering exceptional service that reflects Skillbridge Academys core values.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

  • Manage client accounts address inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to client accounts.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency.
