- Analyze sales results by category and brand across all Mattel product lines
- Build and maintain databases that consolidate relevant commercial information
- Generate internal reports to monitor performance trends and business opportunities
- Track commercial KPIs and propose corrective or preventive actions
- Develop product assortment recommendations based on performance and rotation analysis
- Support assortment planning for key accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and sell-through
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Economics Marketing or a related field.
- Intermediate English
- Sales experience (including internship or professional practice experience in sales).
- Strong communication skills proficiency in Excel teamwork and basic knowledge of database management and sales analysis.
