Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri LinkedIn etc.) social media references and headhunting.
Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable profiles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive recruitment experience.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates till onboarding.
