Job Summary

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job inElk Grove CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients to improve physical cognitive and daily living skills.
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans under professional standards.
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and adaptive strategies.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
Current California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
