Structural Engineering IV

We are currently recruiting a Structural/Bridge Engineer for in-house structural design of a wide variety of projects including but not limited to bridges and viaducts; earth retaining structures underground structures; culverts and building structures to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment concept feasibility preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of projects. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering bridge engineering design for many years throughout the USA and Australia not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects being part of a diverse and multicultural team. It can be a great opportunity for a CAD Technician that wants to boost his/her professional career on structural drafting.
 

Heres what youll do:
    Analyzes and adheres to the project CAD standards.
    Prepares finished design drawings from sketches notes and layout details in CAD 2D and 3D.
    Works in engineering project collaboration software platforms (i.e. ProjectWise BIM360 ACC).
    Self-checks drawings for quality assurance following the QAQC procedure in force in the project.
    Works in a team-based environment that involves coordination with colleagues based in different offices.
    Performs the responsibilities under limited supervision.
    Exceptional interpersonal skills and personal resilience to working to strict timelines/different styles of leadership 

Qualifications :

Heres what were looking for: 

• Qualified Bridges/Structural Engineer.
• At least 10 years of relevant technical experience with structural engineering projects in modeling and designing different types of steel structures.
• Involved in based projects outside Romania located projects is an advantage
• Involved in all aspects and phases of your projects
• Expertise in using FEA Software (e.g. SAP2000 Midas etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
• Proposes approach to solve problems encountered. Identifies discrepancies in results.
• High proficiency of English reading writing and speaking.
