Site Inspector Mechanical

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Inspector - Mechanical to join our team in Doha this role you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical installations ensuring compliance with project specifications and maintaining high-quality standards on construction sites.

• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems and equipment on construction sites
• Verify that installations meet project specifications building codes and safety regulations
• Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate documentation of inspections
• Identify and report any deficiencies or non-conformances in mechanical installations
• Collaborate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to resolve issues
• Perform quality control checks on mechanical components and systems
• Monitor progress of mechanical installations and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on mechanical inspection activities
• Stay current with industry standards regulations and best practices in mechanical systems

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical site inspection or related field
• Certified Mechanical Inspector certification or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing and fire protection
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of construction industry standards and safety regulations
• Excellent technical report writing skills
• Experience with project management software and quality control procedures
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different project sites in Doha
