Qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Banking Operations Team.
Key tasks:
- Execute and monitor manual payments
- Cooperate with various banks
- Analyze and resolve payment issues
- Support liquidity reporting
- Support and act as backup for other members in daily tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide support in areas of compliance regulations and procedures
- Participate in ongoing projects initiatives and ad-hoc tasks/improvements
- Cooperate with other teams and build relationships with other stakeholders
Assist Team Coordinator and Team Leader in more complex tasks/cases

Qualifications
Characteristics of a Successful Employee:
- 3-5 years of experience in Cash Management/Treasury Operations
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work in a team
- Enthusiasm energy and a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
- Steady focus innovative approach exceptional service and execution
- Excellent English skills required written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to multi-task and organize priorities
- Show can do attitude with no hesitation
