About The Role
Were seeking ahighly driven Sales Managerwithproven experience closing deals for user acquisition (UA) solutionsin the AdTech and Mobile Marketing industry. If your background is in sellingperformance-driven DSPs RTB or sophisticated mobile advertising networks this is the ideal role for you.
You will be directly responsible for aggressivelyexpanding our international portfolio of app developers and mobile advertisers securinghigh-value strategic UA budgets and establishing long-term profitable partnerships that fuel their user growth and drive our companys meaningful business expansion.
What Youll Do
- Develop and manage high-level sales relationships withmobile growth leaders user acquisition managers and performance marketing budget holdersat international companies.
- Proactively close and negotiate contracts for UA campaigns focusing on performance metrics like CPI CPA and ROAS. This includes defining campaign terms securing budgets and articulating the clear business value of our platform.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipelineby employing efficient lead generation proactive outreach and strategic networking within the mobile app ecosystem.
- Identify significantupselling and cross-selling opportunitiesto expand UA budgets with existing key partners based on successful performance.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic target-driven environment with a relentless focus onexceeding measurable sales and revenue targets.
Who You Are
- User Acquisition Sales Expert1-3 years of proven B2B sales experiencesellinguser acquisitionor performance-focused solutions within AdTech DSP Mobile Ad Networks or similar platforms.Deep familiarity with the mobile app growth landscapeand key UA decision-makers is essential.
- Strong Negotiator & Closer Exceptional ability tosecure large-scale UA budgetsand cultivate long-term high-value partnerships. Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Hebrew.
- Performance-Focused & Autonomous A proactive self-starter who excels at hitting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets in highly competitive mobile advertising markets.
- Account Growth Specialist Clear track record in successfulupselling and budget expansionwithin existing advertiser or app developer accounts.
- Client-Side Understanding (Nice to Have) Prior experience as aUA/Performance Marketing Manager Mobile Budget Holder or within a mobile-focused advertising agency.
