Deputy Nurse Manager Nursing Home
Salary: 45676

Our client a respected nursing home with a strong reputation for quality care is now looking for a Clinical Deputy Nurse manager to join their team! In this role will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager with the homes daily operations ensuring high standards of care overseeing medication management and supervising the nursing and care teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or management role in a nursing home setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent understanding of care planning medication management and quality assurance in a healthcare setting
- Compassionate and communicative with a commitment to delivering high-quality care

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager with all aspects of daily operations including taking charge in their absence
- Manage and monitor care planning and delivery ensuring each residents needs are met
- Oversee medication management to ensure safe and compliant practices
- Supervise and appraise nursing and care staff promoting development and excellence within the team
- Work to uphold the homes quality standards and support the continual improvement of care procedures and policies
