As Global Client Executive you will be responsible for driving customer value through NetApps portfolio of innovative on-premises and cloud solutions developing and executing strategic account plans identifying new business opportunities and ensuring Deutsche Telekoms satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Management: Lead and grow NetApps global relationship with Deutsche Telekom by aligning NetApps solutions with DTs strategic priorities in data management cloud and digital transformation.
- Account Strategy Development: Develop and execute account strategies that focus on delivering value to Deutsche Telekom and driving revenue growth for NetApp.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across Deutsche Telekoms divisions including T-Systems to expand NetApps footprint.
- Solution-Oriented Selling: Leverage your understanding of Deutsche Telekoms business goals and NetApps portfolio to deliver tailored solutions that address DTs challenges and opportunities.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with NetApps cross-functional teams including product management engineering and marketing to deliver seamless solutions to Deutsche Telekom.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Deutsche Telekom including decision-makers at the C-level and operational teams to foster trust and collaboration.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends in telecommunications cloud computing and data management to provide strategic insights and recommendations to Deutsche Telekom.
- Negotiations and Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements that drive customer satisfaction and long-term success.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of Deutsche Telekom within NetApp providing feedback to product teams to enhance offerings and ensure alignment with DTs evolving needs.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Telecommunications or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus).
- Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of managing global accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong familiarity with Deutsche Telekoms portfolio telecommunications industry and enterprise IT solutions.
- Experience working with large complex organizations particularly in the technology or telecommunications sectors.
- Skills
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand Deutsche Telekoms business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that create value.
- Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of cloud computing data management and telecommunications landscapes.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required to maintain and grow the Deutsche Telekom relationship.
