About the role:
As part of our spa and wellness team you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments in a serene guest-focused environment. Your role will include:

• Providing a range of beauty treatments to the highest professional standards
• Offering personalised advice to support each guests beauty and wellness goals
• Using your expertise to recommend and tailor treatments
• Promoting products to enhance guest experiences and encourage repeat visits
• Contributing ideas to elevate guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Learning and performing beauty body and massage treatments
• Creating a warm safe and relaxing environment for all guests

Qualifications :

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential)
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort spa (preferred but not essential)
• Availability to work across a range of shifts including weekends
• Excellent time management and the ability to adapt treatments to guest needs
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow your career in a luxury setting
• Full working rights in Australia
