We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the food industry and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers with their inquiries orders and concerns

- Provide product information and recommendations

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred

- Knowledge of POS system is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

-Must be 16 years of age to legally (State Law) operate Pizza Ovens.
