Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow state laws and company policies.
- Complete required Medicare OSHA and continuing education.
- Evaluate and treat patients document clearly and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with staff patients and third-party payers.
- Participate in facility meetings and maintain CPR certification.
Skills & Competencies:
- Teamwork leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in clinical documentation and reporting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients.
- Able to walk stand and reach throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- CAPTE-accredited degree or equivalent with state licensure.
