Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our management team you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations and maintaining smooth service
- Lead and motivate staff to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service
- Manage inventory place orders and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean safe working environment
- Participate in menu planning and implementation of new initiatives
- Assist in staff scheduling training and performance evaluations
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- Analyze sales data and suggest improvements to increase revenue
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications :
- Saudi nationality required
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of inventory management and cost control
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Food Safety Certification required
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian cuisine and dining customs
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
